This awesome thing to get traffic from the Google search engine to your blog or site, but did you all blogger noticed your traffic stats from last month. I have also noticed and found the drop of about 50% of the traffic. Why this happen?. This not happened with me, but with the blogger over the internet.
As after goggling, I have seen that, Google forum was flooded by this topic and everywhere same discussion were going on. Today after reading my one of the favorite blog "Searchengineland" post I have got something new about this.
Earlier I was thinking that, Google have changed its algorithm again, but there were no such announcement was made by google.
But the main thing was that, earlier on January, 2011, Chrome had rolled out critical change in their internal process. They started encrypting searches for all Gmail users. This means that whenever Chrome sends out search data, it is encrypted and secured. Hence, no analytics tool can trace the keywords which a Google searcher has typed in.
The same thing was applied to all the user around the world, and as of now, irrespective of Google login, every search is encrypted inside Chrome. This means that know one know that what keyword were searched by the users on Google.
This is just because to protect the piracy of the users from NSA. On June, Google have denied to of cooperating to give the NSA instant and direct access to its search data through the PRISM spying program, something the company has strongly denied. So if users search the query over the internet, then all the search results is coning up will be encrypted.
This bring the change in the structure of the SEO, in short SEO has changed forever. Now the SEO experts have to look for other way to get the site up on the Google. This will effects all the online business and marketing firm, but hope they will recover it soon, as SEO is like a backbone for there business.
