As we all know that Google have banned many of its services on Pakistan as like YouTube, and other services too.
Recently I have posted that Western Union have Banned Google Payment in Pakistan, this is just because of fraud activity.
Pakistan government have banned YouTube just because Google have not removed the Anti Islam content from YouTube.
After these instances Pakistan have steps up and launched there own new Muslim Search Engine name as "Halalgoogling.com". Muslims search engine Halalgoogling have blocks the content forbidden under Islamic Law.
On the post of Halalgoogling blog, it is said that this search engine is the alternate option for those Muslims whose need didn't fulfill by the others search engine.
Halalgoogling is developed by focusing to the Muslims culture. This is the World first search engine that filters a keywords "Haram" and didn't the results associated with this keywords.
On the blog it is mention that the mission of this search engine is to fulfill the needs of the Muslims community related with Internet.
As per the report, several internet expert have worked on this project for several years. On this search engine, search results are categorized with the different filters. Additionally, there is a list of the blacklisted sites, whose results are not showed on the search results. This is being all done by the list that the site is associating and filters the content with that.
