Indian Facebook Users Reached 82 Million

If we talk about Facebook on India, the active user of Facebook has reached about 82 million till the quarter of April to June.
As per the Country growth manager, "Kevin D'Souza" of Facebook India, earlier on January- March, Facebook active users was 7.8 million. Monthly active users of India is 8.2 million, he added.

In India, more then half of the active users use mobile phone for Facebook. After India, most mobile users is of Brazil. Due to increase in the mobile users from India and Brazil, Facebook all over users till June 2013 was increased to 1.15 billion.

Besides, the firm has paid over $ 1 million in the past two years to security researchers who report bugs on its website, with India accounting for second highest portion the $ 1 million it paid.
