A few hours ago there are some screenshots of Windows 8.1 has been leaked over the internet that
reveal the new system requirements for Windows 8.1 Preview.
Windows RT 8.1 Preview requires a Windows RT-capable device that's already running the tablet-oriented operating system and has at least 10 GB of free storage space.
And the system requirements for the Desktop version are following below
Processor: 1 GHz or faster
RAM: 1 GB for the 32-bit version or 2 GB for the 64-bit version
Free hard disk space: 16 GB for the 32-bit version or 20 GB for the 64-bit version
Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver
