Know more about Microsoft Windows 8.1 Preview

As you all know that Microsoft have launched its new version of Windows 8.1 Preview last week. It is more or less same with windows 8 but have some different things also.
Microsoft have featured it with new apps and some other cool stuff also. More over it is integrated with new version of Internet Explorer 11. Internet Explorer is much faster then the older one and have some awesome looks and features. Users can open more then 10 tabs at the same time.

Mostly as we talk about the security, Microsoft Windows is the most vulnerable operating system. The security of Windows operating system is quite easy, but this time Microsoft brought with different thing. Windows 8.1 preview is the most secured operating system, said by Microsoft.
For this Microsoft have launched the bug bounty program also for the researcher and Security Pentester. For bypassing the security of the Windows 8.1 preview Microsoft offers $100k USD and for bypassing the security of Internet Explorer they offers $11k USD.

Most over users who are using the Windows 8 can update to Windows 8.1 preview for free from Windows store. And other users can download the ISO file of the Windows 8.1 preview from here.

Here I will give a brief description about some of the new features added on Windows 8.1 Preview by Microsoft.

1. Built In Skype
As by the title we can recognized that one of the popular application for video chatting and text chatting, "Skype" is inbuilt on Windows 8.1 preview. Moreover Windows 8.1 users can do voice and Video chat even with the lock screen.

2. Start Button
 This is the main thing that Microsoft have bring a change on Windows 8.1 Preview. On Windows 8 there was no start button, and hence this was the main draw back for the fall in the users of Windows 8. Users wants the Start button back on the upgraded version of the windows and hence Microsoft have full-fill the needs of its users. This time Windows 8.1 preview is having start button and users can shutdown the system by just right clicking the the start button.

3. Tiles
As we have seen that Microsoft have brought a tiles features on Windows 8, in place of start button. With tiles features users are demanding for the start button also. On Windows 8 Tiles supports only for two sizes. But this time Windows 8.1 Preview is having the the multiple tile size. It have all small and large size tiles.

4. Internet Explorer 11
 As I have mention earlier also that new Windows 8.1 preview is having the new version of Internet Explorer 11. This version is fast, secure and featured with multitasking also. This new version will load a web page more faster then the earlier one.

5. PC Settings

On Windows 8.1 preview users have to open PC setting rather then Control panel. The Interface of PC setting is awesome and featured with various function and color. I recommend users to go PC setting and have a look over it. You we really like the interface and function over there.

6. Sky Drive
 As we all know about the Sky Drive. This is the awesome cloud file hosting site by Microsoft. Here users can upload and share there files over the Internet. There is the desktop app also available for Sky Drive, which have the feature of Drag and Drop.
On Windows 8.1 preview Sky Drive is pre-installed in it. This means users cab directly share there files over with friends, colleges and other official purpose also.  Users can directly share files over cloud. It have the auto picture upload and also with Windows back up option.
